If you have seen LymphoPro at a local studio and wondered what you are actually signing up for, here is the honest walkthrough. Short version: it is 40 to 60 minutes of firm, slow-moving pressure and gentle warmth, and most first-timers are surprised by how quickly they zone out.
Before your session
There is almost no prep. Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing like leggings or athletic wear, skip belts and jewelry, and drink a glass or two of water beforehand. The full body suit goes on over your clothes, so there is no changing room shuffle.
The first five minutes
Your provider helps you into the suit, you lie back on a treatment table, and they set the pressure to your comfort. When the session starts, the air chambers begin inflating one at a time, starting at your feet and moving upward in a slow wave. The far infrared layer warms up at the same time, and the warmth is mild and even rather than hot.
The middle stretch
This is where people melt. The compression feels like a firm, rhythmic squeeze that rolls up your body, releases, and starts again. Combined with the warmth, it tends to switch your brain into rest mode fast. Falling asleep is common and completely fine. Some guests listen to music or a podcast; many just close their eyes.
Afterward
The suit comes off in a minute or two and there is no downtime. Most people describe feeling deeply relaxed, with legs that feel lighter, especially after long days on their feet or a week of travel. Rehydrate and go about your day.
Does it hurt?
No. The pressure is firm but never sharp, and your provider can turn it down at any point during the session. If you are ticklish on your feet, the first minute might make you smile, and then the rhythm takes over.
